Real-World Data/Real-World Evidence Training Program at a leading pharmaceutical company (2023 – present)
Background
The use of Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) in the pharmaceutical industry is rapidly expanding, but many professionals lack knowledge.
We co-developed with the client a training program to enhance the understanding and application of RWD and RWE among the company’s workforce.
Our Solution
This solution was developed through a collaborative process with company leadership and experts, ensuring alignment with their strategic learning objectives. We engaged in focus groups and worked closely with the company to refine the learning modalities and optimize content delivery.
The program was designed for broad implementation across their workforce.
Program Outcomes
This training was implemented across the company’s workforce to strengthen scientific leadership and applied research capabilities. While formal impact assessments are still in progress, the program’s reach and engagement have positioned it as a key component of ongoing workforce development efforts.
Future iterations are under discussion to build upon this foundation and further tailor content to evolving needs.
